A mid to late Victorian 15ct gold rose-cut diamond and blue enamel fleur-de-lis locket, with two-row chain.Chain stamped 15. Length of pendant 3.9cms. Length of chain 62cms. 37.3gms. Overall condition good. General moderate marks and wear in keeping with age. Enamel generally appears in good condition, with some small nicks and two small chips around the edges. Diamonds appear well matched and fairly bright. Some with typical small nicks and abrasions. Chain stamped 15ct. Pendant tests predominantly as approximately 20ct. Area where the gilt finish appears to have worn tests as approximately 15ct. Likely 15ct gold with a gilt finish.
