General light marks and wear. Each of the swans beaks appear to have remnants of a jump ring present; possibly used to suspend something. Piece does not appear to be signed. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright. Rubies area fairly deep, medium slightly purplish red hue, well saturated, with good clarity. Rubies in good condition.
