An early 20th century gold sapphire and old-cut diamond bar brooch.Central sapphire calculated weight 0.48ct, based on estimated dimensions of 5 by 4 by 2.9mms.Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct, H-J colour, VS2-P1 clarity. Length 5.8cms. 4.4gms. Overall condition good. General light marks and wear in keeping with age. Diamonds bright. Sapphires are a medium slightly greensih, slightly violet blue hue, well saturated, with some typical inclusions. Sapphires in good condition with few minor abrasions.
