此瓶撇口，直颈，溜肩，垂鼓腹，底呈圈足。通体暗刻装饰，由上至下绘五层纹饰，颈部饰蕉叶纹，下承一周回纹，肩处饰卷草纹及如意云头纹一周边饰，主体饰缠枝牡丹花纹，底端为明清时期习见的变体莲纹。此瓶器形修长饱满，秀美挺拔，曲线玲珑，线条优美。全器施青釉，釉色莹润，釉层肥厚润泽，有淡雅如冰似玉的美感。
