带座高22.5cm；带座长17cm
此灵璧石形态圆浑，石色青黑，质地坚润，表面突隆累累，沟壑嶙峋，中部皴皱呈横向紧密迭压，苍老斑驳，经日久摩挲，隆起处包浆细腻温润，色泽愈显黑亮。石上下两端造型浑厚饱满，中部略呈收束之势，不起峰峦，形如伏虎、卧牛，似为积蓄力量，一蹴而发，极富古拙浑朴之姿，如宋代赵希鹄《洞天清禄集》中所言，灵璧石“不起峰，亦无巖岫，佳者如菡萏，或如卧牛，如蟠螭”，体现出大巧若拙的审美情趣。拍品原配红木底座。
