款识：集陶彭泽谢康乐诗句篆奉。成歬先生法家正腕，上章敦牂且月，福厂王禔。|钤印：福厂（朱）、王褆私印（白）|释文：闻多素心人乐与数晨夕，始知安期术得尽养生年。|简介：王福厂，名禔，初名寿祺，字维季，号福厂，浙江杭州人。工书，凡钟鼎、籀隶无不能。清末与丁仁等创设西泠印社。民国初年到京，任印铸局技正，后至沪鬻字治印自给。解放后为中国画院画师。
