铭文：1. 良辰美景，赏心乐事。醉轩（朱）。2. 风动炉烟袅，香飘客座幽。弘□（朱）。 款者简介：周柱，即周翥，活跃于明代中晚期，镶嵌技艺超凡，其百宝嵌等制法被称为“周制”，艺术水平冠绝一时。清史料记载，乾隆年间藏书家吴骞撰《尖阳业笔》卷五记：明世宗时，有周柱善镶嵌奁匣，精妙绝伦，时称周嵌。《尖阳业笔》提到，周柱为明嘉靖年间宰相严嵩所资助，其作品皆为权贵宫廷所拥。清乾隆年间学者钱泳《履园丛话》里载：周制之法，真古来未有之奇玩也。
