铭文：喜上眉梢。 玉牌小巧精致，雕琢精细，以白玉为质，洁白通透，玉牌双面减地阳刻，呈长方形，正面牌首尾为双童捧喜，寓意喜庆，甚为少见。中部开光减地雕刻吉祥图案，喜鹊正落梅枝，栩栩如生。背面中心刻喜上眉梢，呼应主题。“梅”谐音同“眉”，喜鹊名中有一“喜”字，寓意喜上眉梢的祥瑞之意，比喻喜事将至，为中国古代传统的吉祥纹样来源：文物商店旧藏。
