此件玉珮圆雕而制，作首尾盘转之形。螭龙短吻方正，小圆目，阔鼻，头顶独角后伸勾翘。身躯成环，尾尖内卷，其上阴刻长条形鳞纹。两前肢扒扶长尾，口、身相接。玉质油润透黄，头部、前肢及部分身躯带有熟沁，光泽统一，带有浓郁的东汉玉作风格。
