A Louis XV grey painted bergere by Jean-Baptiste Lebas Upholstered and close-nailed in cream fabric with red and green floral sprigs, the cartouche shaped moulded back surmounted by a foliate cresting, with outswept padded arms, sides and seat with loose squab and bolster cushion, above a foliate carved seat-rail on cabriole legs and scroll feet, stamped on the seat-rail I LEBAS, 72cm wide, 64cm deep, 103cm high, seat height 53cm.
