铭文：升平元年立 升平砖文 东溪氏于刻 利传世 利传世砖 东溪氏于刻 此对赏瓶器形较小，用泥精纯，窑温适足，发色金黄。瓶上铨刻古砖文，刀工犀利，布局明快，过渡自然，实非名手不能为也。东溪，赵松亭，清同治、光绪间宜兴紫砂陶刻高手。书刻别署东溪生、东溪隐渔。陶刻书体舒展清秀，运刀苍劲含蓄。曾与俞国良等众名陶手合作制壶。亦为吴大澂制壶书铭镌刻，署东溪款，壶底钤“愙斋”篆文印。
