Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Amethyst medium purple, fairly well saturated, with fairly good clarity and typical inclusions. Demontoid Garnet, Vivid green, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. One garnet with sizable nicks to girdle. Garnets are well matched. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Length of ring head 2.2cms.
