Description

老坑端石砚，原石雕琢而成，砚堂开阔，其状如池，深挖墨池如水涡之状，池底圆润深广，砚堂墨池相互呼应十分和谐，砚侧浅浮雕云龙纹，神龙见首不见尾隐没于祥云之中，云纹线条圆润流畅连绵婉转，富有动感。砚身整体造型敦实稳重，一侧留有原石的褐红色石皮，十分醒目。右侧有石眼一枚。端溪老坑大溪洞砚石制成，石色青灰色微带紫蓝，砚质极佳，纹理清晰。冰纹青花浮现于砚身之上，实属难得。
