Description

清朝王室崇信藏传佛教，和藏传佛教相关的各种法器也大量流传。本品即为其中之一，法轮青白玉制，玉质润泽倾青，其内采用透雕技法雕琢“万字纹”，其外套双圈，中部联珠纹点缀，并以细密的浅阴线雕琢卷云纹及回纹。法轮为佛家八吉祥之一，象征佛法永转不息，此外法轮还有勇猛精进、无坚不摧之意。
