白玉质，玉质温润，包浆自然。剑珌主体呈束腰梯形，纹饰雕琢工整、流畅，高浮雕镂空螭龙，攀附于剑珌之上，螭龙头部出廓在外，身躯矫健，四肢有力，生动灵巧。该剑珌器物纹饰复杂，造型精美，极具收藏价值。参阅：杨建芳师生古玉研究会图录系列之五《陕西出土汉代玉器》 p183
