Colonial silver plate punched Viceroyalty of New Spain, Mexico S. XVIII. Emblazoned with the coat of arms of the Vivero Family of Galician origin that held the county of Fuensaldaña granted in 1561 and the Marquisate of San Miguel de la Vega granted in 1705. One of the branches of the family settled in Mexico in the S XVIII. On the back of the eaves an inscription "De Doña Mariana Josefa de Vivero". Weight: 525 gr. Diameter: 24.5 cms.
