1942年美中芝城华侨救国后援会电汇蒋介石电报抄纸附件一件，经纽约转汇，金额国币贰拾万元，由中国银行重庆分行解汇，系海外侨胞为支援抗战、救治伤员所捐善款，七八成新美中芝城华侨救国后援会，即芝加哥华侨救国会，1934年8月20日成立，旅美华侨爱国团体之一。抗日战争期间，该会共募得各种捐款国币240余万元，此笔款项经由纽约华侨抗日救国筹饷总会(简称“纽约筹饷总会”)转汇国内。
