A collection of three Chinese textiles, late Qing dynasty, comprising: one of circular form, with a peacock in a roundel, surrounded by butterflies and foliage with vine tendrils, all against a black ground, 28cm diameter, framed and glazed, one oval, with a crane grasping a fruiting peach branch in a roundel, surrounded with goldfish amongst lotus and other foliage, all against a black ground, 28.5cm high, framed and glazed, and another, with a crane in gold thread in a roundel against a black ground, 28.5cm square, framed and glazed (3) 清晚期 仙鹤、孔雀纹绣件 一组三件 Condition report: Peacock - chips and lacquer losses to frame. Textile with cocklings, colours faded. Crane with goldfish - splits, chips, surface scratches and other damages to frame. Textile attached to the back board with cocklings, some loose threads to edge, colours faded. Crane - Some loose threads. Surface scratches to frame. Did not examine outside of frames.
