款识：大明宣德年制
法盏炉之形制自元代瓷器中即有之，明代铜炉之风尚多仿自前代官、哥、汝、定等瓷炉款式。法盏炉多为道家所用，宣德年间铸造铜炉，多分赐天下道观。明清至今，以其形制古雅、别致，常为玩炉之精品。此炉口沿外撇，向下渐收，直筒腹，近底部有凹弦纹一条。平底，底部为三个象首足。双耳如戟，带有双珠。底款“大明宣德年制”，琢刻规整精致，可为水墨增香。
