整件造像運刀流暢犀利，衣紋似水，羅漢神形並茂，極見制者功力。選用上等田黃石雕琢而成，石材通身嬌黃瑩潤，色澤統一而質感凝結油潤，瑩潤若脂玉，醇厚自然。圓雕伏虎羅漢，寬額豐容，面頰豐潤，大耳垂綸，坐姿舒展，他身著寬袍，衣襟之上勾勒如意雲紋及海水紋，衣帶結於胸腹，衣衫紋理隨身姿自然垂落，處理技法高超，一手持寶珠，另一只手搭於伏虎背之上，雙目微閉，若處沉思之間，神態安詳中不失肅穆，慈、威、定、慧兼備，一派法相莊嚴。身下螭虎身姿小巧可人，四腳踏於一方石臺上，肌肉結實，柳葉長尖耳，頸後披鬈毛，虎目圓瞪，回身向望羅漢，聚精會神，溫馴而通靈，惹人愛憐。
