玉璜為青玉質，局部呈黃褐色，扇面形，形制古樸凝重，雅觀大方。玉璜兩面滿飾淺浮雕盤錯龍紋，兩端為側面龍首形。璜形玉飾最早出現於新石器時代，《周禮·春官·大宗伯》載：以玉作六器，以禮天地四方，其中以玄璜禮北方，璜形玉飾作為西周時期重要的禮器與佩飾。此對玉璜上部有一孔以作懸掛，兩端無孔，應為懸掛在組配最下端玉飾。此玉璜整體厚重，器型規整，實屬難得。
