瓶撇口，束頸，豐肩，撇底，圈足。青花書“大清康熙年製”六字雙行楷書款，結體工整秀麗，青花色清新妍麗。瓶身通體施祭藍釉，釉質肥腴，色澤深沉凝重，光亮細膩，釉面橘皮棕眼密佈，尤如藍寶石般璀璨深耀，口沿一線燈草口，為整器平添幾分寧謐之趣，具有鮮明的時代特徵。器形端莊典雅，線條柔美，收放自如，觀之確有增一分則拙、減一分則陋之感。
