本品折沿、依頸部線條走勢而起多道凸棱，腹部內收，內挖式圈足。瓶通體施仿哥釉，釉面油潤而泛酥光，釉色失透而泛青灰，開片疏朗有致，遍佈器身，氣勢非凡，粗紋色黑，細紋色黃，凸顯“金絲鐵線”質感。瓶底青花書“大清雍正年製”六字三行篆書款，款字發色深沉，佈局嚴謹，為十分標準的雍正早期官窯篆書款。
