此瓶撇口，长颈，溜肩鼓腹，至胫渐收，圈足。瓶身单纯以“寿”字为纹样，寓“万寿无疆”之意，是康熙朝官窑所创的独特装饰手法。康熙青花瓷以胎釉精细、青花鲜艳、造型古朴多样、纹饰优美而富有盛名，是继明代永乐、宣德之后的又一个青花瓷黄金时代。现藏南京博物院的青花万寿尊与此件器型、体量皆相仿，可资比对。
