A Chinese Han Dynasty Tripod Censer and a Vessel. The first, of globular form, raised on three tall legs, encircled by a raised band beneath a pair of upright handles, with a domed cover carved with lotus petals, with traces of green glaze; the second, supported on a flat base with two feet, molded with a protruding nose between bulging eyes and upright pointy ears, with a circular cover. {The first: 9 inches (22.8 cm) high; the second: 6 inches (15.2 cm) wide}. Provenance: Property from the Richard I. Stone Estate. Condition: The first with a repair to one leg, nicks, chips, age-related wear throughout. The second with a chip to one feet, nicks, age-related wear throughout. The first with a 'Fine Art Museums of San Francisco' tag.
