款识：灵猴献寿图。丙子夏作于上海抱灯楼，赵宏本年八十有二。 钤印：赵氏（朱） 宏本（白） 老赵画猴（白） 抱灯楼（朱） 由委托人直接得自作者本人 。作者简介：赵宏本（1915～2000），别名赵卿、张弓，江苏阜宁人。连环画家。1932年后长期从事连环画创作。建国后，任上海人民美术出版社连环画创作室主任。出版连环画册三百余种。《孙悟空三打白骨精》获1963年全国连环画一等奖，1981年联合国教科文组织亚洲文化中心举办的儿童画插图比赛三等奖。
