款识：右录韩退之五箴之三，曰游箴、言箴、行箴。鲤庭贤弟属书，丙戌春三月，高振宵。 钤印：高振宵印（白） 耄年励学（朱） 我大史也（朱） 免为名教罪人（朱） 陆鲤庭上款。识文：余少之时，将就多能，早夜以孜孜。余今之时，既饱而嬉，蚤夜以无为……宜休而悔，汝善安在。悔不可追，悔不可为。思而斯得，汝则勿思 。作者简介：高振霄（1877～1956），字云麓，又号顽头陀、洞天真逸，别署闲云。浙江宁波人。光绪三十年进士。工书法，亦能画梅。上款简介： 陆鲤庭（1911～？），浙江鄞县人。工书画，为高振霄，赵叔孺、张石园、邓散木弟子，亦精篆刻。
