铭文：诗然没回识中知，有此文深自燕来。还上得许深花，虽未得然已可。子京父印。 来源：拍品直接得自于戚叔玉家属款者简介：项元汴（1525～1590），字子京，号墨林，秀水（今嘉兴）人。项元汴博雅好古，尤精于鉴赏，其收藏之丰，精品之多，当世无出其右，故文人雅士常往拜访，与文征明之子文彭友好。藏着简介：戚叔玉（1912～1992），原名璋，字鹤九，山东威海人。毕生从事碑帖收集和研究，收藏既精且丰。曾任上海市政协委员、上海市文史研究馆馆员。
