明代 佛頭精銅而制，頂有肉髻，寶珠頂嚴。寬額，彎眉細長，雙眼俯視，隆鼻挺秀，雙唇微啟，大耳垂穿孔。此尊佛頭基本遵循古印度的造像模式，即佛像應具備“相好”的標準，並著意刻畫了幾種相好的特徵。如頂有肉髻、額廣平正、眉如初月、眼廣長、耳輪垂韍等。整體五官俊秀，具有一種溫潤的內斂美感，透出慈悲而又柔軟的氣度。原像雖僅倖存頭部，但仍可想像全像當年精工細雕的原貌，不失其殘缺美。
