木雕菩萨，菩萨头戴高花冠，两侧缯带飘逸灵动。面容温婉，鼻梁高挺，双目微闭，似在沉思冥想。菩萨上身着双领下垂式袈裟，胸部配饰联珠式璎珞，璎珞直系至裙下，刻画精美，下身着高束腰长裙，衣纹飘逸富有垂坠感，自然铺于宝座之上，生动写实，自然流畅。裙腰结带，腰带饰宝珠花饰。。细观这尊造像，其面相及衣饰继承了宋代佛像朴实自然、贴近现实的风格。造像身躯浑厚挺拔，端庄持重。整体雕刻细腻，形象生动，时代风格鲜明，有重要的历史与艺术价值。
