拍品为乾隆御窑仿自永宣同类器，亦属乾隆亲下谕旨特命烧造的“传办瓷器”。按《各作成做活计清档》所载，自乾隆十一年始，乾隆曾多次谕旨九江关唐英烧造“青花白地壮罐”，且屡次过问并催促。拍品造型规整，腹部绘冰凌锦地纹，内填花朵，几何图案工致有序，肩部与胫部饰缠枝莲纹，颈部与外足墙以海水纹与朵花纹装饰。全器纹饰密而不乱，构图饱满，青花发色典雅。
