鈐印：黃罕、幻吾七十以後作 款識：嶺南黃罕幻吾於滬上寓次。 黃幻吾，1906.9-1985年，名罕，字幻吾，號罕僧，晚年稱罕翁。廣東新會人。早年臨《芥子園畫譜》兼畫肖像，中學畢業後從事印刷及廣告美術工作，業餘潛心研習書畫，獲嶺南畫派高劍父、高奇峰教益，1949年由菲律賓回國後執教于蘇州美術專科學校和上海輕工業學校。1961年任上海輕工業學校美術專業主任，後入上海中國畫院任畫師.創作取材廣泛,手法多樣,山水、花鳥人物見長。
