张志鱼（1893-1961）又作张志渔，字瘦梅，号通玄，北京人。善书画、治印，最精于竹刻，最将名人书画缩刻于竹刻扇骨上，不失原作精神。曾刻扇骨八千余柄，造诣极深，是近代北京刻竹第一高手。范节庵 ，王竹庵皆出张门。独创沙地留青皮雕法，曾设"寄斯庵美术社"于北平劝业杨三楼鬻刻，所作以花卉为多。
