The man is wearing a short striped dhoti and a garland around the hip, armlets, necklaces, ear pendants and a conical headdress. His right hand is lifted in front of the chest holding prayer beads called mala and thumb touching ring finger. In his other hand he is holding a club or sword. His face is smiling gently. On the right, smaller frame we see a female figure with voluminous hair done up in the back, kneeling in the corner. Her face is shown in side profile and shows a distinctive nose, pointy chin, big eyes. She seems to be smiling mischievously. Above her is also an ornamental decoration. This panel of black stone was probably part of a temple.
