碗敞口微撇，弧腹，圈足。器腹先刻以云龙纹、卷草纹及如意云头纹，再通体施黄釉为地，外壁以绿彩绘饰图纹。器外口沿刻饰一周卷草纹，近足处饰如意云头纹，主体通景装饰两条游龙于云火之间追逐火珠，二龙气势威武，线条流畅，刻花纤细精美。足内施白釉以青花书“大清光绪年制”六字楷书款。
