敞口，双狮耳，收腹，三如意足。炉身高浮雕云龙纹，炉底款识形式极为特殊，浮雕双龙纹，为明代龙纹典型风格。此种款识炉极为少见，应为宫中道场祭坛所用之物。明清时期，铜炉多以简素为主，雕以细密纹饰者并不多见。
