此件鸡心佩由和田白玉雕琢而成，又作玄牝佩，通体高浮雕。主体作鸡心状，中开圆孔。周身镂雕两只螭龙。双螭一上一下，身体婉转，四爪攀附于佩上，长尾作绞丝形，盘于佩上，雕刻灵动。鸡心佩，是韘形佩的俗称，由玉韘演变而来。
