Modelled in the form of a standing eight-armed deity flanked by two attendants on lotus and the Tibetan guru to the front, all backed by a large flame-like mandorla and supported on tiered plinth. 此觀音以純銀材質，全身瓔珞，臂釧、手鐲、腳鐲等一應俱全。八臂分列左右，各手或持相應的法器，或結願印。頭束高髻，戴寶冠，耳戴大鈴鐺，閉目養神，面容寧靜飽滿，慈眉善目。雙腿站於為蓮台之上，衣著飄逸，兩分身各站於左右兩側，一分身坐臥於正前方。整體置於鎏金須彌背光座上，造型別致，較為罕見，包漿自然老到，材質上乘，供奉收藏佳品。
