题识：符卿前辈曾于道光己丑年遇于京师，嗣后阔绝忽忽三十年，今夏来游西湖，遂获把晤一见，彼此以银髭雪鬓相傲，然忆旅馆谈艺时，尚如昨日也。言次出自作书画楹帖见贻，笔墨之妙，辞句之雅，真乃一时无两。自顾伧荒不觉媿汗矣。因作条四帧请正，非以云：报亦欲得指导一二，庶几垂老而业进耳。井东居士戴熙。|钤印：戴熙、醇士|简介：戴熙，字醇士，号鹿床、榆庵、莼溪、井东居士、鹿床居士，浙江杭州人。道光十一年进士，十二年翰林。官至兵部侍郎，后引疾归，主讲崇文书院。诗、书、画均有造诣，与汤贻汾齐名。其山水画名重一时。
