λ FIVE CHINESE IVORY SNUFF BOTTLES 19TH CENTURY One gourd-shaped and carved with insects perched amongst trailing fruiting gourd vines, another decorated with a scene of beauties and gentlemen in a garden by pavilions, the largest stained with pigment and deeply carved with figures in a river landscape, the base with a four character Qianlong mark, one with scholars engaged in various activities amidst bamboo and willow, the fifth decorated with sages and their attendants amidst many blossoming flowers, 11.5cm max.
