A Chinese blue and white jar and cover, Ming dynasty (1368-1644), of baluster form, painted with grapes and vines, the domed cover with a spear knop, 12.5cm high, and a celadon plate, heavily potted with a flat rim, the centre of the bowl moulded with a twin fish, 19cm diameter (3) Condition report: Jar - cover chipped with glaze frits, chips to rim and foot rim. Plate - surface scratches, a firing crack to rim, foot rim chipped.
