A Chinese wood and brass-mounted opium pipe, 19th century, the pipe possibly of huanghuali, with an engraved brass collar and bowl with a tapering shaft, 61cm long Provenance: The Trevor Barton Collection. Condition report: Copperplate to the mouthpiece end. Polished shaft and bowl. Some minor knocks and dents. Crack or split visible to the brass on the bowl edge.
