边款：甲子十月拟汉篆法，叔孺。 作者：赵叔孺（1874-1945），原名润祥，字献忱、叔孺，后易名时棢，号纫苌，以叔孺行世。晚年曾获得东汉延熹年间和蜀汉景耀年间的两张弩机，所以自称二弩老人，且榜其斋为二弩精舍，浙江鄞县（今浙江宁波）人。清末诸生，曾任福建同知。民国后，隐居上海。收藏鉴赏、金石书画、花卉虫草、鞍马翎毛，无不精擅，尤擅画马，可称“近世之赵孟俯”。着有《二弩精舍印谱》等。
