款识：“大清乾隆年製”六字三行篆书款说明：盘口，束颈，折肩，肩两侧对置铺首耳，弧腹下收，高圈足外撇。通体施天青釉，釉质肥厚，釉色光洁莹润，颈部及圈足外壁均以三道弦纹为饰，腹部上下饰团花纹，腹部釉下暗刻拐子龙纹一周。底青花篆书“大清乾隆年製”六字三行款识。
