铭文：1.烟云缭绕笔华墨香，方纲。2.嘉庆辛卯，树培世讲出其儿时堂上赐砚，见示因忆吾宗山谷老人赠米。元晖诗云虎儿笔力能抗鼎，较字无晖继阿章真勘持赠矣。小松。 印文：黄砚盒题字：田中领宪惠存，永以为好。地代价债裁定委员会委员。说明：配红木砚盒。黄易（1744～1802），字大易，号小松、秋盦，别署秋景庵主、散花滩人、莲宗弟子，浙江杭州人。树谷子。曾官济宁同知。工诗文，善金石书画，擅长碑版鉴别、考证，又好蓄金石，甲于一时。篆刻曾师事丁敬，兼及宋元诸家，工稳生动，醇厚渊雅，有所创新。与丁敬、蒋仁、奚冈齐名，为“西泠八家”之一。擅山水，兼工花卉。工隶书，参与钟鼎，愈见古雅。
