铭文：1.辛巳仲秋临陈氏澄秋馆臧器遹敦，文奉仰宸先生法家属。福厂王褆。2.隹十又二月初吉丁卯，召公启进事，旋走事皇辟君，休王自彀使赏毕土方五十里，召弗敢忘王休异，用乍欪宫旅彝。3.穆王在口京，呼渔于大池。王飨酒，遹御亡遣，穆穆王亲锡遹雀。遹拜首稽首，敢对扬穆王休，用作文考父乙尊彝，其孙孙子子永宝。此件四方笔筒以红木为材，四面开窗嵌云石，口沿及各棱篆刻金文分别为西周早期召卣和周穆王遹簋上所铸铭文。王福厂（1880～1960），初名寿祺，更名禔，号福厂，别号印佣、印奴，浙江杭州人。精训诂、词章、金石、书画之学，工篆刻，西泠印社创始人之一。
