Han served several positions, such as the vice president of Anhui Painting Academy, a professor of Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, deputy director of Academic Board of Tsinghua University and so forth. Being a famous Chinese artist, he is mostly recognized today for his creation of the Fuwa dolls and the logo for bidding the 2008 Beijing Olympics as well as the logo of Air China.
