来源：龚心铭旧藏 “宣德年造”四字双行篆书款 拍品造型饱满敦厚，桥耳流畅古雅，乳足圆硕肥厚，别具一格，极为醒目。炉身呈古铜色，光素无纹，皮壳厚重古朴，雅韵盎然。铜质精纯，为清代仿宣德炉佳作，底铸刻“宣德年造”款识，殊为罕见，可堪珍赏。拍品曾为民国著名收藏家龚心铭旧藏，龚心铭，安徽合肥人，著名收藏家龚心钊之兄，前清进士出身，后移居沪上从事古玩收藏，斋名“怀麓斋”。其所捐赠上海博物馆之商鞅方升与楚国金饼，均成为上博重要藏品。拍品附孙仲汇作炉底款识拓片图并手书：“合肥龚心铭旧藏宣德冲耳炉，款识颇精，观其铜质制作，拟定为雍正乾隆时物。癸巳春孙仲汇。”孙仲汇，浙江绍兴人，1946年生于上海。钱币、青铜器、金银器等金属器具专家，原上海博物馆研究员，上海钱币学会理事。
