瓷胎捏塑贴花为龙泉窑传统工艺，常见于盘、碗类圆器之上，在大件琢器上施此工艺者不为多见，拍品即属一例。梅瓶圆唇直口，丰肩束胫，形制硕大挺拔，挺秀丰腴，气势逼人。通体施龙泉青釉，釉色粉青，莹润如玉，色泽柔雅。肩部饰弦纹，其下环绕捏塑八仙人物，纹饰凸起，显露胎色火石红，鲜明醒目。人物刻画清晰，贴塑工艺精细别致，诚为传世佳器。 参阅：《中国古代陶瓷》，巴黎，2015年，页80
