A painted carriage panel, late 18th/early 19th century, painted with a coat of arms, 32cm wide 23cm high Condition report: Panel is dirty and has surface crazing especially to right of lion's head. There are two long scratches right across panel that seem to have gone through the paintwork. There appears to be loss of gilded work to parts of central armorial crown and lower edge of painted image. Lion seems to have lost detail? Please view additional images.
